Trucker's Nationwide, Inc. is a leading provider of process agent services for transportation. All carriers, brokers and freight forwarders are required by the FMCSA to have a "process agent" in each state in which they have authority to operate. Trucker's Nationwide will file a "blanket coverage" BOC-3 form with the FMCSA, giving you process agents in all 50 states and fulfilling your process agent requirement.

 
WHAT IS A "PROCESS AGENT"?
A process agent is someone to accept legal papers for you or your company. You must have a list of these process agents on file with the FMCSA in order to be granted your operating authority. Trucker’s Nationwide will provide you with an agent in all 50 states for $65.00, and file your BOC-3 form with the FMCSA.

 

ORDERING YOUR PROCESS AGENTS
To subscribe to our service, submit your BOC-3 request and remit payment. The BOC-3 form will be posted with the FMCSA on the same day of your request, and you will receive a confirmation email with the list of your agents.
